Zhou was diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid in May 2002. Despite many treatments, no improvement was observed, and she gained weight.
In September 2004, with symptoms including puffy tumid flesh, joint pains in all limbs, a body temperature of 38.2 °C, a positive rheumatoid factor, and a blood sedimentation rate of 51 mm/h, Zhou went to Hu Zemin Traditional Chinese Medicine Rheumatoid Hospital for treatment.
After taking “Hu’s TCM Nutritional Immune Rehabilitation Therapy” for 7 months, the symptoms on all joints disappeared, the body temperature decreased to 37.4 °C, the rheumatoid factor was negative, and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) decreased to 10 mm/n. Zhou returned to school. According to our 4-year follow-up, her condition did not recur.
